Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Punch ("the Service"), operated by CF İnnovation Labs Teknoloji Limited Şirketi, Kadıköy / İstanbul, Türkiye ("CF Innovation Labs", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Punch is a content assistant for LinkedIn, sold to businesses and professionals. It drafts posts and images in your brand's voice, sends each draft to you for review, and publishes only what you have approved, to LinkedIn pages and profiles you have connected yourself, through LinkedIn's official API. Nothing is published without your approval, and the Service does not create accounts, buy or generate engagement, or interact with accounts other than your own.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• One person or legal entity may maintain multiple accounts (one per company/brand).

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Generate or publish illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or hateful content.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Violate the terms of service of any connected social media platform.
• Send spam or unsolicited messages.
• Distribute malware or engage in phishing.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service.

5. AI-Generated Content

• Content generated by the Service is created by AI and may contain inaccuracies.
• You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all content before publication.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated content.
• You retain ownership of content generated through your use of the Service.

6. Subscriptions, credits and payments

• Punch is sold as a monthly subscription. Each plan includes an allowance of credits, the unit the Service is metered in, which refreshes at the start of each billing period and does not carry over.
• Additional credits can be bought in packs. Packs are used only after the monthly allowance is spent, and remain on your account for twelve months.
• A credit is a metering unit, not money and not stored value. It has no cash value, cannot be transferred or withdrawn, and cannot be used anywhere other than the Service.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; your plan then runs to the end of the period you have paid for.
• Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, our Merchant of Record. Paddle's buyer terms apply to the transaction, and Paddle appears on your statement.
• Refunds and cancellations are described in our Refund Policy, which refunds the unused part of any payment, in proportion, within 14 days.
• We may change prices with 30 days' notice. A price change never affects a period you have already paid for.

7. Connected Platforms

• By connecting a LinkedIn page or profile you authorise us to publish the posts you approve to that page or profile. You connect it yourself through LinkedIn's OAuth flow, we never ask for or store your platform password, and you may revoke access at LinkedIn at any time.
• You are responsible for complying with each platform's terms of service.
• We are not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms (account suspension, content removal, etc.).
• You may disconnect any platform at any time.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

9. Service Availability

• We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
• We may perform maintenance with or without prior notice.
• We are not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CF Innovation Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

11. Account Termination

• You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
• Upon account deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of İstanbul (Anadolu), Türkiye.
